Citywebwatch Ltd Refund Policy

Subscribers to any Citywebwatch service are entitled to a pro rata refund within the first 7 days from ordering the service. The refund will be in full less the days since the service was ordered.

The refund amount will be reimbursed to the subscriber within 21 days of the refund request.
